"a campground owner in Pittsburg recently closed his land to ATVs. His property was immediately vandalized with several thousand dollars in damages. No one wants this, and
people are afraid." Commissioner of DNCR does nothing in response to this communication.
"I"m sorry to be so persistent, but we're dreading the approach of ATV season, yet again, with no improvement on the horizon."
