1975, 1977: North Stratford to Cannan, quitclaim list

March 18, 1977: Maine Central RR to State of N.H. Milepost 131.75 Stratford to milepost 154.71, Beecher Falls Vermont, 22.96 miles.

October 13, 1978: State of N.H. to Ethan Allan Corp, deed Canaan VT, 6.64 acres. 1981: State of N.H. to PSNH .218 acres, "small pie-shaped parcel of land located souheasterly of, but not adjacent to, Bridge St., so called, in the Town of Colebrook."

1979, 81, 86, 88, 92, 2002: Quitclaim deeds list Stratford to Beecher Falls Branch. "Check Side Agreement to deed regarding potential and future use of railroad easement and also recorded ...Canaan, VT Book 46, pgs. 26-7.

November 6, 1981: State of N.H. to Northern N.H. Mental Health Center, Colebrook, all land between tracks and land of George O'Neill, 12,000 ft2, ROW for foot traffic or vehicles.

May 9, 1983: State of N.H. to Wayne Brooks, Colebrook large structure, not clear if this includes ROW.

January 24, 1984: State of N.H. to Homer Beecher, "portion of Beecher Falls Railroad right-of-way and lying easterly twenty and seventy-five hundreths (20.75') feet of the Center line of the main track in the Town of Colebrook..."

March 25, 1985: State of N.H. to Rosaire Marquis, Stewartstown, .43 acres, part of Beecher Falls Railroad, 33' westerly of center line of track

May 23, 1986: State of N.H. to Lewis Ford Inc., Colebrook, 780 ft2, part of Beecher Falls Railroad line, east of a line 20' of center line of main track.

July 21, 1988: State of N.H. to Colebrook Coal Inc., all the interest the State of New Hampshire has in a thirteen foot wide tract of land on the easterly side of the State-owned North Stratford to Beecher Falls Railroad, as now traveled, in the Town of Colebrook.

December 7, 1990: State of N.H. to Angevine, Colebrook, correction deed.

Alril 10, 1992: State of N.H. to Town of Colebrook, Correction of Deed. 8.46 acres, existing side track ust be retained to allow for future rail shipping industry. This side track may be relocated.

January 3, 2002: State of N.H. to Ethan Allen Corp., Deed reserving 30' easement for right to reopen rail.
