November 18, 2014: DES permission for two bridges over Simm's Stream, Kelsey Notch, Columbia and Dixville, N.H., on State land and Wagner Forestry land.
June 26, 2015: Permit from DES for replacement of two bridges across Simm's Stream
September 15, 2016: Permit from DES for replacement of two culverts in Kelsey Notch, Nash Stream State Forest.
December 4, 2017: DES permit for bridge abutment repair after storm, Pea Brook, Shelburne
October 26, 2018: DES permit for repair of undermined bridge abutments Stearn's Brook, Success, N.H.
November 21, 2018:DES permit for replacement of washed out bridge abutment, Horne Brook, Success, N.H.
May 15, 2019: DES permit for 90' bridge crossing Nash Stream on Cloutier property. Applications includes "build new trails for east and west ramps...Upgrade existing snowmobile trails leading to the bridge to ATV standards." Permit states: "Your notice is sufficient to start work provided...You are not constructing a trail for current or future development.
